We Started With Very Little. That Was Kind of the Point.
Kanyore didn’t start in a design studio or with a team of ten. It started the way a lot of small Indian fashion brands actually start — one person, a phone camera, and a genuineobsession with clothes that feel as good as they look.
We’re based out of Rajasthan, a place that isn’t exactly known as India’s fashion capital. And honestly, that shaped how we build. When you don’t have unlimited resources, you get selective. You don’t launch fifty designs a month hoping a few land. You launch one, you make it well, you make a small batch of it, and when it’s gone, it’s gone.
That’s still how Kanyore works today.
What “Kanyore” actually means
The name is a mix of two words — Kanya, meaning a young woman, and Aura. Put together,that’s the whole idea behind the brand: clothes that don’t just cover you, but actually feel like you. Confident. Comfortable. No performing, no compromise.
Why Small Batch, Not Mass Produced
Every co-ord set, dress, and top on this site is made in a limited run. There’s no warehouseof 10,000 identical pieces sitting somewhere. That means:
- You’re less likely to see five other people in the exact same outfit
- We can actually pay attention to fit and finish instead of rushing volume
- When something sells out, it usually doesn’t come back in the same design
Our detachable-bead pieces came out of this same instinct — instead of making a whole new outfit for every occasion, we built one that changes with you. Beads on for a night out, beads off for the rest of your week.
Built for Everyday India, Not Just a Catalogue Shoot
We ship across India, cash on delivery if that’s what makes you comfortable ordering from a small, newer brand — and we get why it would. Orders go out within 0–2 days of you placing them, because we know waiting three weeks for a top you were excited about kills the excitement.
Still a Small Team. Still Figuring Some of It Out.
We won’t pretend Kanyore is some big fashion house. It’s a small, growing label, run with a lot of care and honestly a lot of trial and error — reading every review, adjusting fits based on actual feedback, restocking what people ask us to restock.
